The Tudor house plan styles are generally recognized by their gables, large leaded windows, stone mullions, transoms, and the Tudor arch. Projecting oriel window bays were common in the originals, and later incorporated into some twentieth-century designs as well. They are often of Stucco, stone or some sort of masonry.
