Customer purchases the CAD disk or reproducible  vellum set and makes the changes themselves (or thru a local home  designer).  \t\t\t\t  <\/p>\n<p> 2. Home Builder makes changes on site &#8220;field changes&#8221;. Please check with your local building department first.  \t\t\t\t  <\/p>\n<p> 3. We have the designer of the plan you want to  purchase give                     you an estimate of what it will cost for them to do  the plan                     changes. Some designers charge a set-up fee along with  their                     hourly rate and others have flat or hourly fees.
