One of our smaller mountain plans this home includes an attached garage 2 bedrooms and a kitchen loaded with counter space on the main level. Also note the flexible space designated as an office on the plan – this could also be opened into the master suite. The terrace level provides and optional 3rd bedroom and takes advantage of the view from the rec area – as with all of our mountain plans this area can be finished at a later date if desired.
