Choose this option when you expect design changes or want your builder, designer, or draftsperson to work from editable files. The CAD package includes digital drawing files plus a PDF set, along with release language for customizing the plan. CAD files require compatible drafting software and someone experienced with residential plan edits.

Mirrors the plan layout. Text and dimensions may appear reversed, so this option is mainly for basic orientation review.

Creates a reversed version of the plan with notes and dimensions adjusted so the drawings remain readable.
