An old-fashioned homespun flavor has been created using lattice work horizontal and vertical placement of wood siding and full-length front and rear porches with turned wood columns and wood railings. The floor plan features an open living room dining room and kitchen. A bonus room sits on the upper level but can be deleted by adding a second floor balcony overlooking the living room below and allowing the living room ceiling to rise two-full stories. Wood floors throughout the design add a final bit of country to the plan. This home is designed with a crawlspace foundation.
