It includes a complete PDF plan set that can be emailed after purchase and locally printed for your builder, lender, permitting office, or personal planning needs. This option is best when you plan to build the design generally as shown.

Choose this option when you expect design changes or want your builder, designer, or draftsperson to work from editable files. The CAD package includes digital drawing files plus a PDF set, along with release language for customizing the plan. CAD files require compatible drafting software and someone experienced with residential plan edits.
