Construction sets usually include electrical layouts, but DO NOT include plumbing or mechanical diagrams. Only qualified personnel should undertake any revisions to a house plan set. All structural work, notes, details, etc. are handled by truss plants and/or registered engineers to conform with local building codes. AmazingPlans.com assumes no liabilities for changes or modifications made to house plans by others.
